1. Payroll Processing: Accurately processing payroll for employees, including calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
2. Compliance: Ensuring payroll operations comply with local laws and regulations.
3. Data Management: Maintaining and updating payroll records, such as employee information, salary details, and changes in employment status.
4.Benefits Administration: Coordinating and managing employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, and ensuring deductions are accurately reflected in payroll.
5. Auditing: Conducting regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
6. Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving payroll-related inquiries or issues from employees and EOR Partners.
7. System Maintenance: Using and maintaining our payroll platform (Ema3ashi), ensuring data integrity and troubleshooting any system issues.
8. Policy Implementation: Developing and implementing payroll policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
9. Coordination: Collaborating with EOR Partners to ensure payroll integrates smoothly with other business processes.
10. Stay Informed: Keeping up-to-date with changes in payroll laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and efficiency.
11. Training and Support: Providing training and support to employees and managers on payroll-related issues and processes.
